I fet the warmth and heaviness of my arms and hands. The natural sensations of the body that came from the redirection of blood flow was very stimulating. I have never concentrated on the natural sensations like that. I feel that the relaxed state that I was in allowed me to focus on the feelings that were being created inside of my body. I feel more relaxed now, and I am ready to tackle the activities that this day has to offer

Secondly, I have to agree with you on the relaxation exercise! It was very stimualting and refreshing; definitely got me ready for the day and to "tackle" everything that came my way as well. I feel I should start doing relaxation exercises more often to help calm me; especially when we have a lot of homework!

It can be an amazing feeling and interesting concept to realize how much control you can have over your body by just thinking about it. Imagine what kind of things we could do to our bodies by just listening to suggestions and making it happen. Maybe we could even get rid of cancer by moving the cells to a part of our body that would eliminate them? It is a hope and wish that the mind can be that powerful with just a suggestion. What do you think?
